Refund policy

If the item is defective with the below condition (please see damage and issues), kindly report and email us at aquatheowater@gmail.com and a customer representative agent will get in touch with you to investigate ,troubleshoot and provide instructions on the matter. The defective product will be acknowledged only 15 days after receiving the product. 

Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging and sent back to us (customer's shipping cost), with the original copy of the Sales Invoice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Aqua Theo Water Systems may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the return

The warranty is valid only when...

1.The application has not been opened or tampered with, by any unauthorized person.
2.The unit is brought to, shipped to or taken from the service center at the customer’s cost & risk.
3.The guarantee card or cash memo is presented/ included with the complaint.

4.The Customer will notify the company in writing promptly of any defects noticed and give the company 15 days after receiving the item. or its authorized agent / company sales representative has adequate opportunity to inspect, test, and remedy them for which the Customer will deposit the goods / ship the goods if so required by the company with the Company’s office/service center along with the original invoice.

5.Inspection and Test Report of the company’s office/ service center / company sales representative will be final and binding under the Warranty for determining defect, repair/alterations required, or certifies working of the goods.

6. Any request for home service or inspection, troubleshooting, or pick-up of goods from the company will be at the customer’s cost (Travel fee).

The warranty does not apply for.....

1.Damage due to chipping, peeling, plating & denting by customer's fault.
2.Normal wear & tear of parts.
3.The company’s liability under this Warranty shall be limited to the first sale of the goods by the Company to the Customer and will not apply to the extent to any secondary or subsequent sale of goods by the Customer.
4.The Company’s liability under this Warranty shall be limited only to defects in the goods which occur under the conditions of operation of the goods and their proper and prescribed use. This Warranty does not cover or extend to defects which are determined by the Company or its authorized agents as occurring or resulting from or attributable to negligence, abuse, misuse, faulty care operation or repairs, alterations to the goods or any part therefore by others of the use of the goods electrical supply for which they are not designed or damage caused by lightning of other electrical disturbance or interruptions.

5.The Warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper installation, (contrary to the company’s printed instructions) abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, neglect, alteration, accidents, casualties, fire, rood, freezing, environmental factors, water pressure spikes, or other such acts of god. 6.Consumable items like consumable filters which are subjected to normal wear and tear in the course of use are not covered by this Warranty.
